How we can help

Finding the right support

Everyone's circumstances are different. You may know exactly what you would like help with, or you may simply know that something isn't feeling right.

You don't need to have everything figured out before contacting us.

Our Psychologists can work with you to understand your difficulties, support you to identify what may be maintaining them and develop a plan that feels right for you.

Initial Consultation

The first step is to have an initial consultation with one of our Psychologists. We can discuss your needs and think together about which of our Psychologists would be the best fit to offer you support.

Psychological Assessment

A detailed psychological assessment is an important starting point to understand your experiences and identify appropriate recommendations for support.

During your assessment, you and your psychologist will have a conversation about the difficulties that have brought you to therapy and think together about the changes you would like to make and what your hopes for therapy are.

Psychological Therapy

We offer a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, selected according to your individual needs, preferences and goals.

Therapy may involve understanding patterns in your thoughts, emotions and behaviour, developing new ways of responding to difficulties, improving relationships, processing difficult experiences or making meaningful changes in your life.
