About Us

We offer a range of effective, evidence-based talking therapies, tailored to your individual needs, hopes and goals. We provide a confidential, caring and non-judgemental environment, where you can start to feel confident and comfortable in understanding your difficulties, and working towards change.

We understand that people come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be seeking help following a period of anxiety or low mood; after encountering a challenging transition or experience in your life; or perhaps because you want to better understand yourself or have more meaningful relationships. Our training and experience means we are able to offer support for a wide range of problems.

We recognise that each person we see is unique, as will be their journey towards change. We will work collaboratively with you to ensure that you feel genuinely understood and valued, whilst providing expert support to help you make the changes that are important to you.
