Fees will be discussed at the initial consultation and are payable in advance or at the time of each appointment. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, or online (additional charges may apply).
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Like most other providers, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice of the scheduled time, there will be no charge for the missed appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be required to pay the full amount of the session as it does not give us enough time to offer the appointment to someone else.
If your therapy is funded by an insurance provider, please ensure that your policy covers the entire cost of therapy. If your insurance provider will not pay for cancelled or missed appointments, then you will be required to pay these.
